Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests on arrival.

• Escorts guests and carries guests’ luggage to their rooms.

• Explains features of rooms and accommodation facilities, show them around their rooms and explain how any equipment works, such as TV, telephone, air condition etc.

• Tends to the needs of guests for the duration of their stay.

• Describes the hotel facilities, such as the restaurant or the swimming pool, or spa, and show guests where they are.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Porter.

• Pleasant, honest and friendly personality.

• Co-operation and team spirit attitude.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the English, German and/or Russian language.
