CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly prestigious, International company with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol on a Part-Time basis. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office and team to ensure its efficient operation. You will need to possess a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience within a similar role and possess outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • General office administration including filing, scanning of documents, arranging appointments and collection of documents.
  • Management of Directors' calendar and scheduling meetings, travel (flights/hotels), expense claims etc....
  • Client/Intermediary handling including handling phone call inquiries, attending to office visitors, serving drinks and clearing of meeting room after visitors leave.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory by checking stocks and supplies and placing orders for the office.
  • Management and administration of Introducers and other associated parties.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled team meetings and reports.
  • Supervision of the office cleaners, ensuring that the agreed schedule is carried out.
  • Verifying invoices and initiating payments.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • 2+ years of previous experience within a similar administration focused role is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills are a must.
  • Excellent time and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Impeccable relationship building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
