POSITION SUMMARY:

The Attendant, Floral Design is responsible for assisting the Supervisor, Floral Design in preparing and maintaining flower arrangements and display within the hotel complex, i.e., Public Area, Food & Beverage as well as Guest Room

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists Floral Supervisor in maintaining and preparing flower arrangements and display within the hotel complex
• Prepares and delivers flower arrangements to Guest Rooms, Public Area, Food & Beverage outlets and Casino
• Assists in preparing floral arrangements for counter sales orders
• Waters all flower arrangements and displays in the designated area within City of Dreams, Mediterranean
• Handles staff inquiries and reports to Floral Supervisor or manager as required
• Maintains cleanliness of all the related accessories such as vases, cutting tools
• Ensures working environment adheres to the company’s Policy & Procedures
• Reports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors
• Maintains the Flower Room ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times
• Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• At least 2 to 4 years of floral design experience preferably in the hospitality industry

Education

• High school diploma or 2-year degree in Floral Design or related field.
• Basic Computer knowledge
