Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Quantity takeoffs
• Supports with preparation of bill of quantities for each project as per the technical specifications and project requirements
• Supports with the preparation of tender documents, estimating bill of quantities and other documentation required for each project
• Supports with verification of interim certificates
• Supports with verification of variations
• Supports with verification of final accounts
• Supports with tender evaluation
• Provides support to the Projects teams

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil engineering.
• No experience needed.
• Native Greek. Fluent in English language.
• In-depth understanding of construction drawing and technical specifications
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong computer skills - MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project
• Knowledge of cost-x will be considered as an advantage
