Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit a Technician to join a highly active and passionate team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

Location: Paphos

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to client’s maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Renovation works, painting, building works, roof repairs, estimation of cost of works

Necessary Requirements:
• Graduate from Lyceum or Technical School.
• Knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and oral.
• Two years minimum working experience in similar position.
• Basic experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Driving License
