Currently expanding, our client is looking for a highly motivated and talented Marketing Manager to join their awesome Limassol team, preferably with experience in digital and affiliate marketing.
They will be responsible for developing existing partner channels and looking for the new ones.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain new and existing relations with online resellers and distribution partners worldwide
• Participate in planning and implementation of joint promotions with partners:
• Provide supporting marketing collaterals;
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results
• Accompany OEM deals: negotiations, signing a contract, preparing materials
• Implement affiliate marketing strategy:
• Developing affiliate channel;
• Affiliate acquisition, retention and growth of affiliate accounts;
• Affiliate networks set-up and management

Required Skills and Background: 

• Excellent verbal & written English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or business preferred
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneous
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Computer skills to include spreadsheet, word processing and presentation development

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in the software industry
• Experience in digital marketing and / or affiliate marketing
• Previous OEM  account management experience
