On behalf of our client, EY People Advisory Services (PAS) is currently seeking to recruit:
Front Office Manager, Ayia Napa
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Front Office department perform successfully to the maximum efficiency in accordance with the agreed standards of operation of the hotel
- Monitor and supervise the operation of the Reservations Department and ensure maximum room occupancies
- Establish and maintain high levels of service and guest satisfaction
- Motivate and encourage the team to ensure high standards during the whole time of a customer’s stay
- Collaborate with external parties i.e. Tour Operators, Travel Agents
- Perform Duty Management shifts
- Manage multiple tasks with differing priorities simultaneously
Requirements
- University Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant field
- At least 3 years’ experience in positions with similar responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously but also as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational interpersonal and coordination skills
- Pleasant personality and strong commercial awareness
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of ERP and CRM software
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
- Knowledge of Russian or German language will be considered as an advantage
