On behalf of our client, EY People Advisory Services (PAS) is currently seeking to recruit:

Front Office Manager, Ayia Napa

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the Front Office department perform successfully to the maximum efficiency in accordance with the agreed standards of operation of the hotel
  • Monitor and supervise the operation of the Reservations Department and ensure maximum room occupancies
  • Establish and maintain high levels of service and guest satisfaction
  • Motivate and encourage the team to ensure high standards during the whole time of a customer’s stay
  • Collaborate with external parties i.e. Tour Operators, Travel Agents
  • Perform Duty Management shifts
  • Manage multiple tasks with differing priorities simultaneously

Requirements

  • University Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in positions with similar responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously but also as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Pleasant personality and strong commercial awareness
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of ERP and CRM software
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
  • Knowledge of Russian or German language will be considered as an advantage
