Hausfotografie.de is a real estate media creation agency. We support companies in marketing real estate with meaningful photos, videos and virtual tours. We are represented throughout Germany and are also planning to enter other European markets.

Our company is growing and we have set clear goals. We are looking for committed and motivated employees for a long-term cooperation. In our company employees have the chance to grow and develop. Currently we are looking for a new support in our management department.

Your Tasks:

  • Answering customer calls and creating orders
  • Scheduling correspondence with customers and photographers + Editing Teams
  • Administration and maintenance of customer data
  • Customer acquisition through Telephone
  • HR - Sorting applications and conducting initial interviews for our new locations
  • HR - supervising the onboarding of new cooperation partners

What do you bring to the table?

  • You confidently keep track of deadlines and the management of photographers and editing teams
  • You already have professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge: German + English spoken and written, Desirable: Mac knowledge
  • You are reliable, structured and like to organize
  • You face unforeseen situations with a smile and do not give up easily
