CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Fund Management company with offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Fund Manager to join their growing team. Your core responsibilities will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff as well as managing operational costs. The successful applicant for this role should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Fund Management and exceptional budgeting and finance skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Analyzing accounting and financial data.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of the Fund Industry & Fund Management.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.
