We are looking for a team player to join our design team. Needs to be capable to work with people and accommodate each client's preference. Must be artistic, creative and able to visualize a beautiful final result. Leading design operations, responsible for the design and architectural output and project supervision and delivery. Proven team leader, with strong technical knowledge.

Must be also able to read and create detailed plans for how the interior space of the property will be decorated. Will be in charge for offers and work closely with suppliers and fabricators as well as shops for materials and finishes selections.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.

• Experience in the architectural/interior design field.

• Knowledge of the construction industry.

• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, colour selections, and specifications.

• Design/Build process and trends.

• Oral and written communication skills.

• Able to move the process, independent, and thinking outside the box.

• Must be neat and organised.

• Good working knowledge of drawing and graphic software and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in working in all stages across interior design and construction processes.

• The candidate must speak fluent English. Other languages such as Greek will be considered as advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Run design operations.

• Deliver projects on time, and on budget.

• Development of architectural and interior drawings.

• Undertake site visits and control the projects.

• Understand client needs.

• Work closely with the Finance department and drive the company towards set goals and aspirations.
