Career Opportunity

Due to the rapid growth of our operations in Cyprus we seek to recruit a Finance Manager to join our office in Nicosia.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Having responsibility for the smooth operation of the accounting department (incl. cash flow management, invoicing and receipts, reconciliations).

  • Prepare and submit various regular and ad hoc reports to management, to support decision making.

  • Recommend ways to improve profitability.

  • Control suppliers and creditors.

  • Control and co-ordinate debtor collection.

  • Ensure the submission of reports to the authorities in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.

  • Cooperate with external stakeholders such as banks.

  • Manage team members, providing coaching, guidance, and support.

  • Undertake any other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or related field.

  • Holder of a related professional qualification (incl. ACA or ACCA).

  • Relevant experience in a professional services environment will be considered an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis in Excel.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong business and international market awareness.

  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, code of conduct and confidentiality.
