Duties and responsibilities

• Collecting data and payroll information
• Entering data into payroll software program
• Calculating salaries, tax deductions, benefits etc
• Ensure payroll records and accurate and up to date
• Implement policies and procedures on payroll operations
• Answering queries and provide specialised opinion on payroll payments
• Implement GDPR procedures and ensure that payroll information are handle in strict confidentiality
• Work collaboratively with other departments and establish effective communication and relationship

Successful candidate’s Profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in an similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Analysing Information and Organization
• Data Entry Skills
• Attention to Detail and Thoroughness
• Confidentiality
• General Math Skills
• Reporting Skills
