Our client, a company which services clients in the property industry in London, seeks to hire a Funds Officer in the Nicosia office. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare funding packs to the banks to provide information about assets
• Negotiate finance costs and legal fees in preparation of the funding applications 
• Coordinate meetings before drawdown to ensure all funder's requirements are satisfied 
• Ensure that loans are serviced on time 

Candidate Profile: 

• Previous experience within Property Development - a Relationship Officer with clients in the Property sector 
• Relevant experience in the UK 
• Fluent in English 
• Strong communication and organisation skills 

Able to work part-time; 2pm-6pm
