CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate Development & Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will hold an academic background in either Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture and possess a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Monitor the consultants to ensure they adhere to the budget & timeline constraints.
• Manage project budget.
• Perform quality control of the work.
• Provide regularly project status and cost control reports to stakeholders and attend progress meetings.
• Collaborate with the engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and facilitate the project execution, project administration correspondence, flow of information and data.
• Undertake daily site inspections, providing technical advice and monitoring and to resolve issues when they arise.
• Management of correction operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints.
• Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies and legislation.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying.
• 3+ years of experience & industry knowledge is essential.
• Excellent English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of laws and regulation relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
