Our company in the online Art business was established in 2003 and currently operates worldwide. We are currently looking for an E-commerce Operations Assistant & Customer care with the willingness to grow and evolve within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and handle E-Commerce platform orders and inquiries from all online portals
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure backend and front end such as pricing, product listings, etc are up to date. Regularly review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Work closely with the relevant team by identifying and logging all issues/improvements on all of the company's websites.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, controlling documents, and timely administrative reporting
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries/ chats from all online channels, including social media platforms
  • Attend to emails and calls from customers and users
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers on sales inquiries, quotations, order processing, and resolving complaints
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers about artwork and quality checks from start to completion
  • Timely execution as and when of posts and promotions e.g. social media posts, and newsletters via relevant platforms
  • Any other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of the English language is mandatory
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills, able to multitask and work independently
  • Customer-oriented, dynamic, energetic, and results-driven team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to handle at once multiple projects successfully.
  • Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks
  • Excellent computer skills, CRM systems, and applications
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with handling E-commerce platforms and Social Media channels
  • Preferably, Junior E-commerce Executive with some E-commerce experience
  • Understanding of UX principles and best practices
