CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an award-winning CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in the heart of Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Client Support Agent to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for supporting clients with any inquiries through various means of communication, ensuring they receive a prompt, professional and high quality level of service at all times. You should possess previous experience within a Customer Support role and be willing and able to work on a rotational 24/5 Shift Patterns. Previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage, but not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with any inquiries, through the means of communication established.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly.
• Provide existing and Prospective Clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products offers by the Company.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly.
• Record details of all inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person and/or department.
• Providing assistance to Prospective Clients with respect to the Account Opening Process.
• Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments.
• Communicate precise and correct information at all times.
• Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments.
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their Line Manager.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University/College Degree.
• Fluency in English any additional language will be considered an advantage.
• IT Proficient.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or HORECA roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The successful candidate must be able to work shifts on a 24/5 rotation.
• Any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage.
