Our client, a well-established and leading business marketing institution in Limassol, is looking for a professional Office Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Greek & English.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent Computer skills with a good Microsoft Office understanding.
  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Flexible work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in balancing multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and a quick take up on new tasks.
  • Outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with payments from local suppliers. In charge of office supplies, office maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Assisting with Recruitment/HR.
  • Obtaining and negotiating quotations for local services and service providers.
  • Prepare Office expense reports, collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and external contacts.
  • Dealing with any personal matters for the Director.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Shopping, both for the office and the Country Director.
