CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly respected, regulated Investment Firm, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will provide key support to the sales function of the company including the daily reporting of sales calls and performance as well as auditing newly registered IBs to ensure there are no duplicates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role and previous experience working within a similar role within the Forex or a related industry is highly desirable.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily reporting of sales calls, FTDs and daily performance reports.
• Auditing newly registered IBs to ensure there are no duplicates.
• Ensuring clients are contacted for seminars and documenting the attendees.
• Client Account reassignment.
• Ensuring that monthly targets are met.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by Management from time to time.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Experience in a similar role within the Forex industry is highly advantageous.
• Some knowledge and interest in the Financial Markets is desirable.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Fluent English is a must (verbal and written communication).
• Good command of MS Office.
• Strong commercial awareness with good negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
