Our team consists of young people with a vision in education, sustainability, environmental development and protection principles, experiential and inquiry learning, human-centered and child-centered principles and with a love for outdoor activities and who can create in all conditions and weathers. Don't assume we require any expertise. However, a basic prerequisite is basic studies in the field of Early Childhood / Preschool Education. Relevant experience with toddlers and preschool children, and relevant experience in outdoor learning will be considered additional qualifications. The program is in Greek, however it is desirable to have knowledge of both Greek and English. Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
