We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Commercial Operations Manager to join our Commercial Operations team in our offices in Limassol .
What the job looks like?
The Commercial Operations Manager will have the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of the Sales data strategy including analytics gathering and reporting,
- Support management by recognizing past trends and support in forecasting future trends,
- Define and oversee change management initiatives such as the commercial and operations model and lead generation
- Develop data driven business models which drive initiatives that are tied to commercial operations strategies,
- Scale revenue generation through operational excellence using processes to promote best practices for all teams
- Supervise Sales Force Effectiveness ( SFE ), CRM System Deployment and Integration
- Optimize Bid Management & RFQ / Tender Support
- Optimize Order Delivery system
- Monitors Customer Satisfaction and Service levels to ensure that company standards are met
What it takes to do the job :
- University degree in Business administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations research, Engineering or any other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
- Analytical & strategic thinking.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
