bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager for our office in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Creation of catalogue of prices for newly established entity for each activity execution.
• Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Creation of payment certificates to subcontractors
• Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project/Closing of final accounts
• Produce and analyze progress reports, updated costs and forecast
• Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts with clients and sub-contractors/suppliers
• Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives

Requirements for the position:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in similar position
• Fluent in English and Greek. Russian will be considered as an advantage

• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid contracts' knowledge
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong computer skills. Knowledge of cost-x will be considered as an advantage
