Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our Forex client, are currently looking for a Russian speaking Head of IT to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will be joining a company with a positive office environment and who look after and value their staff. Previous experience heading up an IT department is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead the IT department and assign tasks to achieve results
• Optimise business IT processes
• Monitor IT efficiency
• Manage and support the delivery of different projects
• Drive innovation by recommending viable technologies
• Outline goals for research and development
• Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Head of IT Department or CTO
• Experience working within the fintech industry is a strong advantage
• Experience in Project Management
• Russian language is a must
• English language at least to intermediate level
• Experience in launching products - including websites and mobile apps
• Experience in creating and structuring a team of IT specialists is an advantage
• Knowledge of instruments and technologies used in development of IT services
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• Team Player
• Ability to determine type of persons needed to be hired to be able to meet all deadlines
• Proactive attitude
