Job Description 

• Responsible for preparation of legal documentation for clients, draft letters to clients
• Liaison and update communication with clients; attend client meetings and keep notes and minutes
• Conduct legal research for cases and also for seminars
• Prepare pleadings and cases for hearings
• Prepare proposals to clients
• Court appearances
• Prepare witness statements
• Prepare and maintain digital library
• Assist with content generation for Social media; organise and plan co newsletter
• Some accounts admin duties: pre- bills & invoices, costs for taxation
• Assist colleagues in creating new, more efficient processes

Your Profile 

• Cyprus Bar Qualified
• LLM in Construction law would be seen as a bonus
• Ambitious Law graduate with an eye to the future and career growth
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Keen team work ethic
• Strong organisational skills and ability to perform to deadlines
• Attention to detail and a love for getting things done right
• Appreciates and demonstrates integrity, loyalty and Accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy with special regard to Word, Excel, Outlook and social media friendly
• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in Law (preference will be provided to the candidates that have experience from within a Law firm)
