Duties & Responisibilities:

• Managing all hotel reservations through online systems, email or direct calls.
• Room allocations and rooming lists
• Group Bookings
• Handling Special Offers

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Hotel Management College/University
• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as a Reservation Officer within a 4* hotel.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language both spoken and written
• German or Russian language will be considered an advantage
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Guest-oriented and service-minded with ability to manage complex requests.
• Experience in using Hotel Reservation Systems (Theova or Opera)
• Pleasant personality with exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• EU Citizen or EU Work Permit Holder
