Hard Rock Cafe Ayia Napa is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager reporting to the General Manager. Our Managers are true entrepreneurs who manage large teams and multi-dimensional operations that encompass fresh, made from scratch ingredients, iconic bars, live music and rocking retail operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts will be considered as an advantage

  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant operations

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Can illustrate consultative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions.

  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people.

  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
     

Responsibilities

  • Work in unison with the Cafe General Manager to communicate a clear operating goals.

  • Support Cafe staffing objectives by supporting the GM in attracting and retaining the most exceptionally talented people available in the market and place them in positions that leverage their skills and expertise for maximum impact.

  • Train staff to follow restaurant procedures and define goals and expectations for each position

  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards

  • Supervising daily shift operations
