ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create all the testing and automation frameworks as required for their projects. Thus, the candidate may have to work on multiple projects at once, also working to improve the company's best practices from a testing standpoint.

MAIN DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and understand business requirements, features and technical implementation of developed software.
• Design test solutions for API’s, Web Applications and Mobile applications.
• Develop test cases and perform manual tests.
• Develop automated tests and testing tools.
• Document test cases and monitor test execution, progress and results.
• Communicate with the development team for clarifications and reporting of malfunctions.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) testing experience.
• Experience with testing frameworks Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber or Karma.
• Experience with Jira Software.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to details.
