CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-Speaking KYC Representative to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for receiving, reviewing and uploading client documents and files in accordance with the Company’s internal Client Acceptance Policy. You will need to possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered a significant advantage. Fluency in both verbal and written Arabic and English is essential for this position. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive, review and upload client documents and files in accordance with the Company’s Client Acceptance Policy.
• Continuously liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation.
• Communication with clients re the payment methods and collection of documents as a proof of payment.
• Run compliance checks to screen prospective clients and perform enhanced due diligence, using the World Check software.
• Updating client records.
• Communication with other Company’s Department in relation to KYC matters.
• Report on a regular basis to the Head of the Department.
• Prepare the KYC related reports from time to time, if and when requested by the Company.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of the team.
• Attention to detail and target oriented.
• Proven experience in the field will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• CySEC Certification will be considered as an advantage.
• Working permit in Cyprus.
