The Opportunity:

• Property Transactions oriented
• FATCA / CRS
• Managing the Group
• Executing or/and assisting with Immigration Services agreements
• Participating and preparing documents in relation to insolvency appointments including receiverships and liquidations and offering support to the KPMG insolvency practitioners
• Participating and coordinating M&A transactions
• Tax Residency Issues

The Requirements:

• University Degree with minimum grade 2:1 (or equivalent) in any discipline
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
