Background

• Education in Marketing Management/ Brand Management or Advertising
• Working experience 3+ years in Marketing or Brand Management in HORECA
• English and Greek languages
• Good with numbers
• Good social skills
• Enjoys good coffee and healthy and tasty food

Business objectives

• Brand strategy development and brand book detalisation (together with the branding agency/ outsourced designers)
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotion, analytics and reporting
• Competitor and customer insights analysis
• Menu R&D, assistance with new menu development, pricing and new product launches
• Planning and execution of media communication strategy, online and offline events, cross promo
• PR and building relationships with influencers, media and brand ambassadors
• Organisation of tenders to select advertising agency and social media agency
• Overseeing social media accounts and ensuring brand consistency and budget efficiency (outsourced)
• Collaboration with the agency for web site development, SEO optimisation and digital advertising (outsourced)
• Reporting directly to CEO
