CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Sales to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans for our client, driving and increasing revenue from both the conversion and retention teams. You will need to have proven sales and sales leadership experience from the Forex industry and be highly target and results driven. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and any other languages will be considered an advantage. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Formulate the sales strategy of the Company and align it with the Company’s overall strategy.
• Lead the salesforce of the Company consisting of Business Development, Retention, and Conversion staff.
• Develop and train the team to empower every individual to meet their targets.
• Create, promote and monitor KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Identify and implement new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the sales function.
• Ensure a proper level of customer service and quality is maintained in the conduct of employees with Clients.
• Understand category specific landscapes and trends to ensure the approach is adjusted when targeting the acquisition of partners versus the acquisition of retail clients.
• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for sales team members.
• Provide the upper management of the Company with ongoing reports.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Approximately 5+ years of proven sales and business development experience from the Forex industry is essential.
• Proven experience leading a sales team in the Forex industry is a must.  
• A keen interest and understanding of the financial markets is key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; any other language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Strong team player with exceptional leadership qualities.
• Positive attitude and motivation to succeed.
• Goal and target driven with good analytical skills and high levels of integrity.
