Responsibilities

• Monitor trading platforms, connectivity, and liquidity providers
• Oversee smooth execution of client orders, including over the telephone
• Analyse and report on trading activity of clients
• Cooperate with relevant third parties to ensure continuous operation of the trading flow
• Monitor exposure to assist risk management function
• Strictly adhere to compliance requirements by meeting best execution criteria
• Monitor the markets in relation to its impact on the Company’s product line
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Higher level degree (University/College) in a relevant field (Business/Finance/Economics)
• Willingness to obtain Advanced CySEC certification within 6 months
• Proficiency in English and Russian languages (any other languages are an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills (good knowledge / prior experience with Excel is an advantage)
• Strong motivation to learn and contribute to departmental teamwork
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced professional environment
• Readiness to work on a rotational shift basis (8:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 24:00, 0:00 – 8:00)
• Genuine interest in financial markets
