Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire 2 Senior eCommerce Specialists to join our eCommerce Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example on work ethic, positive team dynamics, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Actively contribute to the optimisation of internal processes and procedures to bridge the gap between the main department’s verticals:
    • Merchant Accounts Management.
    • Product Management.
    • Daily Operations Management.
    • Risk and regulatory compliance management.
  • Support the Ecommerce Operations Team members and be one of the points of reference of the Ecommerce Department for the other departments.
  • Assist in Monitor workload, volumes and reassign resources when needed/possible.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the operations workload and KPI statuses.
  • Provide training to new starters in the Ecommerce Department and contribute to upskilling operational staff to a higher level of expertise by conducting ad-hoc awareness training.
  • Perform Quality Checks to assess team performance and with the aim of identifying training needs among the staff and maintaining high quality standards within the eCommerce Department.
  • Review accounts registrations perform checks on established customers and request the relevant KYC documents based on determined customer risk level and internal procedures.
  • Monitor relevant activities across all channels to identify, assess and mitigate fraudulent behaviour, chargebacks, and advertisement or promotion abuse.
  • Review, validate or deny transactions requests in a timely manner, via different payment methods offered, while following up any payment-related issues.
  • According to internal policies, perform risk assessment and profile accounts to identify those that may require CDD and EDD.
  • Monitor possible Money Laundering activities, and report according to internal procedures.
  • Respond to ecommerce related communications with Customer Service team and other departments in a professional and timely manner.
  • When required, assist in the recruitment process.
  • Reporting of urgent matters such as downtime and multi-user problems to third parties, the relevant team, and the Head of Department.
  • Assisting the line manager in any ad-hoc projects/tasks linked to the Ecommerce team scope.
  • Carry out occasional competitor analysis, and on a recurring basis, suggest improvements to current procedures and tasks, always bearing in mind business needs and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support the daily operations to meet set KPI requirements.
  • Work on; and deliver department’s projects not directly related to the position’s main responsibilities.

 

Requirements:

  • Solid demonstrated working knowledge of at least 3 of the 5 below points:
    • Team Performance management at both hard and soft skill levels.
    • Project and tasks management.
    • Platforms/systems technical optimisation.
    • Online payments and/or Risk management systems.
    • Business Analysis and process optimisation.
  • At least 2 full years of proven experience in a similar role within the high risk, fintech or ecommerce industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly word and Excel.
  • Other skills:
    • Training and/or Coaching skills.
    • Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills.
    • Organised, efficient, and looking to succeed within a results-driven team.
    • Attention to details, inquisitive nature and confident in the decision making.
    • Self-starter and able to work without direct supervision.
    • Ability to motivate oneself and others in challenging conditions.
    • Demonstrated willingness to constantly improve.
    • Flexibility to work changing shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
