The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Marketing Operations team.

 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Prepare and distribute client newsletters
  • Manage all translations for the company’s website and newsletters, including coordinating with translators and other departments
  • Liaise with different departments on all website and content updates
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials for events, exhibitions and campaigns
  • Perform competition analysis, creating reports, and keep up with latest industry trends and marketing activities
  • Perform project management for marketing campaigns and activities
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the marketing team as and when necessary

 

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Marketing or any other relevant degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
  • Knowledge of email marketing systems will be considered an advantage
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (like WordPress), and HTML, will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and efficient, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organization skills
