VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd, owner of Alvexo, is currently looking for a Compliance Assistant (German Speaking). 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Assist in the coordination of operational activities so as to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining the compliance and AML monitoring program
• Assist in the preparation of policies, procedures and annual reports
• Monitoring of Clients data and following up with Back Office
• Monitoring of communication between the Company’s employees and Clients, aiming at quality control and compliance
• Providing administration support to the Compliance Manager, including record keeping
• Performing ad-hoc duties from time to time as the need arises.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Law/Business/Finance or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in German and English languages
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Confidence, adaptability and intelligence
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent judgement and commercially minded pragmatic approach
• Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
