Career Opportunities

We seek to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and forward-looking professional to join our Consulting and Business Advisory Services department in Nicosia as Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients.

  • Act as project manager in the restructuring division, handling projects including NPL advisory, loan restructuring, and asset recovery.

  • Lead teams of up to 10 people, taking responsibility for coordination, supervision, and regular reporting to the client.

  • Manage, develop, motivate, and provide feedback to team members.

  • Deliver competitive proposals, according to the needs and requirements of the client.

  • Participate in various business development and marketing activities of the firm.

  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Director in charge.

Requirements

  • University degree in any field of study.

  • Holder of the Insolvency Practitioner license.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (e.g.  in retail customer relationship and/or sales management in telecommunication or similar industries).

  • Holder of a Professional Qualification CFA, ACA or ACCA will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience in retail credit arrears management will be considered an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Presentation skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Business and market awareness.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
