CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established importer and distributer of Natural Supplements, we are seeking to recruit a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the company as well as managing and maximising relationships with existing clients in Cyprus and will ideally hold a minimum of 2+ years of relevant sales and business development experience, ideally from the Medical and/or Pharmaceutical sectors. Excellent communication skills in both Greek & English are a must. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Visit contacts in the medical field and medical institutions to educate and inform them on the company’s products.         
• Comprehensive knowledge of all products, protocols and guidelines.
• Use of digital material and product samples to generate interest to potential users.
• Proven relationship-building skills with key decision makers and key opinion leaders in the health care field.
• Participate in professional and industry conventions, seminars and other educational events to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain reports that can be presented to Management
• Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, autonomy and flexibility.
• Effective time management, planning and administrative skills discipline.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Science, Biology) is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within the Medical and/or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Pleasant and dynamic personality.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Dynamic and positive personality with the ability to work within a team.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
• Ability to travel throughout Limassol and Paphos to visit potential and existing clients.
