Main Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and update workstations for our users and be their first point of contact for all IT-related issues or queries;
• Enterprise office infrastructure support.
• Essential professional experience:
• System administrator with proven Office Infrastructure hands on experience (2+ year);
• Desktop OS administration, hardware;
• Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows server (AD, Print Services);
• MacOS: Client OS support;
• Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI, VPN;
• General tags: JAMF, SCCM, Crowdstrike, Jira, Confluence, software/hardware troubleshooting, Slack, G Suite, Lansweeper;
• Basic Linux knowledge;
• Customer-oriented person;
• Oral and written literacy

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek Language (Russian will be considered as an advantage)
• Experience with scripting languages;
• Experience with Windows Server product line
