Prime Holiday Club, the travel division of bbf: Group located in Limassol, is willing to expand its team and is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Travel Manager. The successful candidate shall be a competent professional in the travel industry with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Russian.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Reservation and booking management
  • Client support via phone and e-mail during working and non-working hours
  • Manage internal and external invoicing and other basic accounting activities
  • Coordinate promotional activities of the company
  • Various office administration tasks

Requirements for the position:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Confident in sales and negotiation activities with customers
  • Able to take responsible decisions independently, retaining the tranquility and discretion.
  • Confident PC user of standard office software
  • Knowledge of the procedure of booking tours, tickets and hotels
  • Experience in work with corporate and VIP clients
  • Creative and energetic team player
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
