Sigma Bakeries Ltd is looking for a Chef for our new Café-Restaurant “Sigma-Vasiliki” in Choirokoitia for immediate hire.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Preparation and creation of simple traditional dishes to a high standard.
• Timely preparation of meals to order.Food quality control and inventory management.
• Ensuring kitchen operates in adherence to Food Health & Safety Regulations.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 3 years’ experience as Chef in similar kitchen (traditional dishes).
• Has a passion for good food.Excellent customer service skills.Expert knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations.Remains calm under pressure.
• Efficient multitasker.
• Ability to work effectively in and lead a team.Excellent work ethic.

WORKING HOURS:

• Six days a week (including Sundays – off day: weekday)
• Shifts: Morning or Afternoon.
• Attractive remuneration package.
