Your role at Exness:

This role is located in the Project Management Office of the Customer & IB Operations Division.

The purpose of the Division is to build a consistent and highly effective customer relationship management function that consists of the customer support part (includes self-service) and the account management part plus a few supplementary functions such as training, quality assurance, customer experience, workforce management, operational excellence, etc. The purpose of the PMO Team is to support all these functions in the area of execution of their strategic initiatives and stand-alone projects.


The majority of our projects lay in these areas:

  • Design and implementation of new tools & processes;

  • Organizational changes;

  • Automation;

  • Customer experience improvements;

Specific of our projects:

  • They are all internal with internal stakeholders;

  • They are all about change management;

  • They are all different - every time we need to be creative to run it successfully;


We at PMO are looking for a project manager who is interested in running such projects and simultaneously undertaking a role of a business analyst for their projects if needed. We are looking for a professionally mature person with a high sense of ownership and good stakeholder management skills, a person who can work autonomously with a minimum level of direction, a person who enjoys contributing to improving the company's efficiency and making difference.

The ideal candidate would have experience in project/program/product management, change/transformation management, operations, process improvement, operational excellence,, various leadership roles.

  • Project completion;

  • Stakeholder satisfaction;

Consequently, the PM responsibilities come from these 2 areas:


Project Management Responsibilities

  • Make sure the project bring a value to the company;

  • Control project execution, deliver on time, within the scope & budget;

  • Manage project scope (and its changes), plans, resources, risks;

  • Facilitate related decision making;

  • Create and maintain necessary project documentation and reporting;

  • Do necessary project communications;

Business Analysis

  • Analyze existing business processes;

  • Gather project requirements;

  • Formulate use cases/user stories;

  • Conduct impact analysis;

Stakeholder satisfaction Responsibilities

We encourage our project managers to speak regularly with their key stakeholders and ask what they like and what could be improved, and respond accordingly. In addition, we expect our PMs (mainly from sr-level people) to be proactive in suggesting any type of project/process/organizational improvement they can identify themselves.

The ideal candidate:

  • Project control and execution;

  • Change and stakeholder management;

  • Good and clear communication appropriate for audience level;

  • Conducting effective meetings; 

  • Design business processes;

  • Decision-making;

  • Requirement gathering and business analysis;
