CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Mobile Game Developer with an existing portfolio of highly successful applications available on all major mobile operating systems, we are seeking to recruit a User Acquisition Manager to join their team based in Limassol and take ownership of their User Acquisition strategy for one of their globally renowned, best selling applications. The successful applicant will hold a minimum of 1+ year of previous mobile user acquisition experience within a relevant online industry and will be responsible for working with creatives, tracking and analyzing direct/indirect competitors' creatives, communication with motion designers, brainstorming and task creation. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Working with TikTok, Snapchat, IronSource and other social and video networks.
• Creating, analyzing and optimizing User Acquisition campaigns.
• Working with internal and external reporting and analytics tools.
• Working with creatives, tracking and analyzing direct/indirect competitors' creatives, communication with motion designers, brainstorming and task creation.
• Communicating with analytics, product managers, game designers etc…

Key Skills/Experience:

• Any academic background relating to Marketing, PR, Digital Media is desirable, but not essential.
• A minimum of 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition marketing is a must.
• Previous experience with Mobile UA is highly desirable or at least in a related online field.
• A good command of the English language.
• The ability to work well as part of a team and work productively with other departments.
