CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of IT Consultancy Services to clients across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an IT Support Officer to join their team based in Nicosia. The successful candidate should hold an academic background relating to Information Technology and possess approximately 1+ years of previous, relevant experience within a similar IT support role. You will have experience with Windows Desktop OS, file sharing solutions as well as experience with hardware and software configurations. Fluency in both English and Greek is a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users systems.
• Perform remote and local troubleshooting of users and systems issues
• Administer and maintain support for hardware and software.
• Installation and troubleshoot of IP telephone systems.
• Installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide IT training to end users.
• Network troubleshooting.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Approximately 1+ year of relevant experience within a similar IT Support position is a must.
• Knowledge and experience of Windows Desktop OS.
• Knowledge and experience in file sharing solutions.
• Knowledge and experience with hardware and software configurations.
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• A passion for technology with the ability to build knowledge quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
