Engino-Net Ltd, Toy Manufacturer of the patented and awarded Engino Toys (www.engino.com) is seeking to hire a Senior Product / Industrial Designer to join the Product Design Team at the R&D HQ office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Role Description:

The role requires of a senior level Product/Industrial Designer who will be responsible for the Research, Resign, Develop and Implement of new toy educational products, components, retail constructions, preliminary and technical drawings. Daily he/she will provide technical and aesthetical knowledge, supporting the operations of the Product design Team and R&D Function. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, Production) on strategic projects and tasks, thus the ideal profile should be a team player, with problem solving mentality, strong communicator, with a passion for results and perfectionism.

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Design BSc-MSc/ Product Design BA-MA-Msc.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor or Solid Works is a must.
• Rendering skills with 3DS Max, Blender or similar software.
• Experience with Photoshop, AI and Corel is welcome.
• Strong hand rendering, visualization skills.
• High sense of Aesthetics with deep understanding of Form, Function and Color.
• Strong Project/task management skills with a results-oriented mentality.
• Excellent command of English is needed. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
• 6-8 Years of product design experience in the fields of toys, electronics, retail.

• Conceptualize and develop strong ideas, insights, concepts, designs and technical Drawings.
• Communicate in a systematic way with project internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform hand and digital CAD based illustrations, renderings and visuals.
• Develop design research reports on specific fields and industries.
• Develop influential and technical presentations.
• Technical mentoring of junior team members.
• Monitoring daily Product Design Team activities.
• Reporting to chain of command.
