CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding provider of integrated payment solutions to various online industries, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Optimization Manager to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for managing an expanding Merchant Portfolio, assisting to complete the onboarding process between the two parties as well as communicating with Merchants on an ongoing basis in order to establish a close and mutually beneficial working relationship. You should possess approximately 2+ of previous experience in the Online Payments industry, ideally working in Account Management, Business Development and/or Client Services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage an expanding Merchant Portfolio.
• Represent merchant profiles in discussions with Payment Solution Providers (PSPs).
• Assist to complete the on-boarding between the two parties.
• Communicate with Merchants on an ongoing basis, to establish a close relationship and act as a business advisor by recommending payment solutions based on their company and business structure model.
• Communicate with PSPs on an ongoing basis, to keep up to date with their offerings and onboarding requirements.
• Monitor the performance of PSPs by analyzing financial data to optimize the matching process.
• Supervise existing and ongoing relationships between Merchants and the PSPs.
• Report directly to Management on your performance.
• Work with your division to help reach the monthly targets.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• 2+ years Online Payments Industry experience in Account Management, Customer Service and/or Business Development.
• Strong client/partner relationship management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Eager and willing to overcome challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment.
• Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
