CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a DevOps Engineer to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess previous experience as a DevOps Engineer and hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Knowledge of Linux O/S as well as knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles is essential. Excellent command of the English language is a must. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage production systems to ensure high availability, performance and security.
• Build, release and manage production systems.
• Design and implement the automation processes in relation to configuration change.
• Develop and enable continuous integration/continuous deployment for automation system components.
• Build tools that streamline development and deployment.
• Work with software developers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Build and set up independent web-based tools, microservices and solutions on AWS.
• Work with diverse stacks, including both state-full and stateless services.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Knowledge of Linux O/S.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Packer, Helm, Prometheus and Grafana will be consider an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certificate in a related field position will be considered as an advantage.
