Your role at Exness:

The Localization Team Lead will mentor and lead the Localization team. Your responsibilities include collaboration with product managers, linguists, marketing teams, customer support teams, engineers, designers, and localisation vendors to help execute content with high efficiency.

You will:

  • Define the Localization strategy and upgrade existing process and flow;

  • Lead the team of Localization Project Managers and Language copywriters; assigning tasks and delegating duties;

  • Identify team needs, provide coaching, train new localisation project and vendor managers, and create development plans;

  • Evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback; assist HOD in evaluations and update HOD about team performance;

  • Set goals, KPIs, and targets for the whole team based on the defined strategy;

  • Manage and troubleshoot issues in the department’s translation management system and other tools;

  • Ensure quality and timeliness of the delivery and compliance with set procedures and SLAs;

  • Manage and maintain department assets (Glossaries, TM, and Style Guides);

  • Manage and oversee the resolution of product-related queries to ensure proper internationalisation of Exness’ products;

  • Provide regular reports needed by the HOD;

  • Oversee the department’s budget and the accuracy of the cost recording in the system;

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in language studies, linguistics, marketing, or related field;

  • 5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management or content management;

  • 2+ years of leading teams;

  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts;

  • Experience with LQA tools also a plus;

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);

  • Familiarity with TMS and CAT tools;

  • Familiarity with CMS and/or Jira is an advantage;

  • Able to prioritise projects based on business needs and has strong multitasking and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent leadership skills;

  • Desire to work in a highly dynamic and agile environment;

  • Experience in forex, fintech domain or related industries is an advantage;
