We are looking to hire a Sales Assistant for our Mike Sport store at Neo Plaza Retail and Fun Park in Kokkinotrimithia.

Scope of the Job:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for serving customers on the store floor and answering their needs in a timely manner in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimum sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered.
- Maintain good brand knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Open & eager to learn new technologies and stay up to date.
- Open to provide Brand’s knowledge & personal experience feedbacks to support team members.
Job Requirements:
- Open to learn to become a well Sales Assistant performer.
- Knowledge of Greek and English.
- Basic spelling and numeracy skills, communication skills.
- Previous experience in a sales position will be considered an added advantage
