Cyprus Casinos (Operated by Melco Group) is looking for a Project Document Controller in Limassol.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Experienced document controller required for a major construction project in Limassol, the role will be site based and will reporting to the design manager.

Prospective candidates must be able to work as effectively and collaboratively as part of a large construction team, and must be able to multi task on this prestigious fast track project

Roles and responsibilities will include numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of hard and soft copies of all contract documentation on project management software system.

• Provides full support to the project technical team
• Receives, files and distributes all project technical documents including drawings, material submittals, RFI’s etc
• Maintains an updated, accurate and easily retrievable document management system
• Responds in a timely manner to requests from the site team to retrieve specific project documentation
   

Candidate should preferably have experience of major construction projects, be fully conversant with industry norm software such as  Word, Excel, Acrobat.

The document management software to be used at site will be Aconex, experience of Aconex or similar systems would be beneficial although not essential as training will be provided.
