- Assist with day to day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
- Follow up on the interview process status.
- Explore new recruitment options to advertise & recruit candidates.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Conduct market research (new business, new departments in business etc.)
- Responsible in using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business.
- Handle a portfolio of clients and assist them with their recruitment and HR needs.
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates to shortlist for a wide range of roles.
- Draft job descriptions for various vacancies and post across social media channels on a weekly basis.
- Headhunting to identify suitable candidates.
- Meet performance based targets assigned by management.
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related.
- Strong will to develop professionally.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Confident and positive attitude.
