  • Assist with day to day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Follow up on the interview process status.
  • Explore new recruitment options to advertise & recruit candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Conduct market research (new business, new departments in business etc.)
  • Responsible in using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business.
  • Handle a portfolio of clients and assist them with their recruitment and HR needs.
  • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates to shortlist for a wide range of roles.
  • Draft job descriptions for various vacancies and post across social media channels on a weekly basis.
  • Headhunting to identify suitable candidates.
  • Meet performance based targets assigned by management.


  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related.
  • Strong will to develop professionally.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
  • Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Confident and positive attitude.
