CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Middle Office Officer to join their team based in Limassol and Paphos. The successful applicant will ideally hold an academic background relating to Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analysis or a related field and possess excellent analytical skills. You will be fluent in English, both written and spoken and be able to commit to rotational shift patterns that include weekend work. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring trading activity complies with internal and external policies and limits.
  • Investigating suspicious cases regarding trading activity.
  • Collecting information and combine data to identify abnormal trading patterns or behaviour.
  • Daily communication and collaboration with other Departments to accomplish tasks and common goals.
  • Monitoring transactions of clients and Affiliates to ensure smooth operation.
  • Cooperating with internal and external resources to timely resolve transactional issues, manage relationships.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Finance/Economics or other related fields (will be considered as an advantage but is not a must).
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English language (Verbal & Written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work shift patterns (including night shifts) and weekends..
  • Good communication skills.
